Two Birch Winery began with a simple conviction: that exceptional wine doesn't need a vast vineyard or an elaborate facility — it needs time, care, and a deep respect for the land.
Nestled on South Brady Street in Dubois, our winery draws on the cool-climate character of north-central Pennsylvania. Each vintage is a reflection of this place — the rolling hills, the changing seasons, the slow ripening that only a longer growing season can produce.
